01 · The Strategic Problem

Patients don’t browse services.
They look for reassurance.

When someone searches for a clinic, they are often in acute physical discomfort, anxious about a newborn’s motor development, or navigating bodily changes after pregnancy.

“Traditional clinic websites list dozens of medical procedures in a giant menu. The visitor is left guessing: ‘Is this for me, who will treat me, and what happens at the first visit?’”

The Disconnected Clinic Experience (The Old Way)

  • ✕Buried specialties: Women’s pelvic health and infant handling hidden behind generic “Rehabilitation” drop-downs.
  • ✕Anonymous practitioner profiles: No human faces or clinical focus areas, reducing patient trust.
  • ✕High-friction phone tag: No clear preview of available times or direct consultation entry.

The Saiteo Re-architecture (The Solution)

  • ✓Need-based self-qualification: Five clear patient situations (“Back & neck pain”, “Injury recovery”, “Pregnancy”, “Postpartum”, “Baby development”) leading directly into relevant care options.
  • ✓Clinician-first trust: Prominent specialist profiles with transparent clinical focus and 1-click appointment booking.
  • ✓Frictionless intake: Visual time selector + instant WhatsApp outreach directly on every treatment page.

02 · The Design Decisions

Three UX decisions that simplify the path to booking.

Intervention 01

Patient-led need recognition

Instead of asking first-time patients to decode clinical service names, the experience starts with five situations expressed in the visitor's own language — pain, recovery after injury, pregnancy, postpartum change and concern about a baby's movement development.

Every pathway is visible without requiring the visitor to discover tabs or hidden content. As they scroll, photography changes with the active situation and leads naturally into the relevant care options.

Intervention 02

Therapist-led trust and storytelling

Instead of burying the people behind the practice in a generic team page, the concept introduces the lead therapist as a person — her approach, areas of focus and philosophy of care — before presenting the wider team.

This gives visitors a human reason to trust the practice before asking them to book.

✦ Human story · Clear focus areas · Direct path to availability
Intervention 03

Guided booking without the usual friction

The booking experience begins with the visitor's need rather than a long service list.

A patient chooses a care pathway, sees the relevant appointment types and specialists, then selects a date and time — all within one continuous flow.

For visitors who are unsure what to choose, a separate guidance route remains available.
