Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA (“we”, “us”), trading as Saiteo, processes personal data when you use https://saiteo.com. It is issued under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Latvian Personal Data Processing Law (Fizisko personu datu apstrādes likums).

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not required for our size and processing. You can still write to us at the address above.

2. What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect:

• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• What you say you need
• A short description of your business
• Technical metadata such as the page URL at the time of sending

If you email us, we process the content of that correspondence and your email address.

We do not ask for special-category data (health, religion, and similar). Please do not send it in the form.

3. Why we process data, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps before a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).
• To perform a contract if you become a client — Art. 6(1)(b).
• To keep records required by Latvian accounting and tax law — Art. 6(1)(c).
• To protect our legal interests (for example, disputes) — Art. 6(1)(f).

4. Who we share data with

We share data only as needed to run the website and reply to you:

• Hosting and delivery of this website (Vercel).
• Our CRM, so we can track and answer quote requests (Orbit CRM).
• Email delivery (Resend) for confirmations and internal notices.
• Professional advisers or authorities if the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data. Processors act on our instructions under data-processing terms.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, together with any extra safeguards the provider applies.

6. How long we keep data

• Quote requests that do not become a project: usually up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and we have no legal reason to keep them.
• Contracts, invoices, and accounting records: at least 5 years, as required by Latvian accounting law.
• Correspondence needed for a legal claim: for the relevant limitation period.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Erase data (where the law allows)
• Restrict processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent, if we ever rely on consent

We use HTTPS, access controls, and reputable processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a business email you control when sending a quote request.

10. Children

This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page is the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
