Terms of use

These terms apply when you use https://saiteo.com or send a quote request to Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA, trading as Saiteo. By using the site you agree to them. A project starts only when both sides accept a written quote or agreement.

1. Who we are

2. What this website is

This website presents our services and lets you ask for a quote. Content is general information. It is not a binding offer, legal advice, or a promise that a particular price applies to your project until we confirm it in writing.

3. Quote requests

• You must provide accurate information.
• Sending the form does not create a contract.
• We aim to reply within one business day. That is a target, not a guarantee.
• A contract is formed only when we send a written quote and you accept it, or we both sign an agreement.

4. Services and prices

Website, systems, and automation work is scoped per project. Prices on the site (including “from €349”) are starting points. The price that applies is the one in your written quote. Prices are in euro, exclusive of VAT unless we say otherwise. VAT is added where Latvian law requires it.

Optional hosting or care plans, if you take them, are billed as stated in the quote (often monthly) and can be ended as set out in that agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The Saiteo name, logo, and the design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission.

After a project is paid for, rights in the work we create for you are set out in the project agreement. Until then, drafts and proposals remain ours.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misuse the quote form (spam, false details, or automated abuse)
• Attempt to break or overload the site
• Copy content in a way that infringes our rights

7. Liability

The website is provided as-is. We take care to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every description will stay current.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that Latvian law does not allow us to limit, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. For business users, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for paid project work is governed by the project agreement, not only these website terms.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Consumers

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside a trade), extra rights apply. See Consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms and the use of this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU.

Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be brought before the competent courts of Latvia, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms for that use.
