Consumer rights
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This page is for natural persons who buy our services for personal use (consumers), under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums) and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 on distance contracts. Most Saiteo clients are businesses. If you are buying as a company, these extra consumer rules do not apply in the same way.

Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA, registration number 50203642241, VAT LV50203642241, Vēja iela 4 – 2, Ādaži, Ādažu novads, LV-2164, Latvia. hello@saiteo.com. See also the legal notice.
What we sell
Digital services: websites, related business tools (CMS/CRM), optional automation, and optional care after launch. These are custom services made to the specification in your quote. Functionality and any compatibility notes are described in that quote.
How a contract is formed
You request a quote on this website or by email. We send a written quote (scope, price including VAT where it applies, timeline, and payment terms). A distance contract is formed when you accept that quote in writing, including by email. Sending the quote form alone is not a purchase.
Language and communication
Pre-contract information and the contract are provided in English. We accept correspondence in English and Latvian. Our public contact method is email: hello@saiteo.com. Complaints may be sent to the same address as the registered office above.
Price, payment, and performance
The total price, including VAT where it applies, is shown in the written quote before you accept. Website starting prices on this site are exclusive of VAT unless marked otherwise. There are no extra delivery charges for digital work beyond what the quote states.
Payment methods and due dates are stated in the quote (typically bank transfer in euro). We start work after acceptance and any agreed deposit. Delivery is electronic (files, staging, and live site) according to the timeline in the quote. Project work lasts until the agreed scope is delivered. Optional care or hosting, if taken, is ongoing and billed as stated in that agreement, until ended under its terms.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
For a distance contract, a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason, by emailing hello@saiteo.com with a clear statement. You may use our model withdrawal form (Cabinet Regulation No. 255).
The 14-day right does not apply, or ends early, if:
- The service is made to your specification (custom website or system work), and
- You asked us to start work during the withdrawal period, confirmed that you lose the right once performance has begun, and we have started that work.
If you withdraw before we start custom work, we refund payments we have received for that contract, using the same payment method where possible, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of withdrawal.
Conformity and after-sales
Digital services must conform to the contract. If something we delivered is defective, write to us and we will repair or replace it as Latvian consumer law requires. We do not offer a separate commercial guarantee unless the quote says so. After-sales care is optional and only applies if you take a care plan.
Complaints
Write to hello@saiteo.com. We will look into the issue and reply within 15 working days. If we cannot agree:
- Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs), Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia, ptac@ptac.gov.lv, ptac.gov.lv
- European Consumer Centre Latvia (through PTAC) for cross-border EU consumer disputes.
- Online Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use a specific ADR body unless the law requires it.
Governing law
Latvian law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of that country.
